For over 30 years, Pedalheads has been a leader in children’s programming from learning to bike to swim. Recently, Pedalheads expanded
its location with a custom-built stainless steel pool (first of its kind in North America) designed specifically for swim lessons at Park Royal.
With the brand new facility built, Can-Design was asked to print, fabricate, and install all their interior signage and wall graphics. Since we've partnered with Pedalheads in the past we are very familiar with their playful, colourful brand having completed wall decals at the Richmond branch over the summer. We appreciate Pedalheads' trust in us to deliver the same quality and results.
The scale of this project was tremendous as there were various stages prior to the installation. We had to complete several site checks to accurately measure all the walls and intricate washroom stall wraps. Attention to detail was imperative in this process. Strong communication with the client was key in keeping this project within the timeline of the grand opening, and ensuring that every sign was in place right before the first students stepped into the pool.
The biggest challenge for us was the pressure to meet their expectations and exceed their expectations. We are confident that the final masterpiece showcased how thorough on-site checks, strong internal and external communication, and meticulous planning and teamwork.
